 bless4 are a singing chorus group of four siblings, whose parents are full Japanese (Okinawan), but moved to America when Akashi was almost one. There, the others were born.These 4 grew up in the states doing volunteer work and all learned the Korean Martial Art of Tae Kwon-Do while in their last area: Arizona. In 1996 they formed a performance group, namely, the "Flying Dragons", with members from different cultures and backgrounds, based on this martial art. The Flying Dragons performed in various events all over Arizona, including the 11th Annual Martin Luther King Jr. Celebration in 1997. They returned to Okinawa later that year and formed, "Hiryu International" (Hiryu means "Flying Dragons"), continuing to perform with this time, just the four of them. During this time, they started shifting from just martial arts, to performances with singing and dancing. Being influenced by the Backstreet Boys and *NSYNC, they started wanting to become a chorus group. After their return to Japan, they've been home schooling and are now taking long distant correspondence courses from schools in the states, and all four of them are bilingual. Musically, they like R&B, hip-hop, rock; all kinds of beats as a base to feature their chorus work and making a popish sound. What makes these 4 special is that they've lived in America, where they've learned how to stand up for themselves, take care of each other, stand up for each other; they've made a strong bond between the four of them and always have a strong love for each other, they respect each other, and have everything that this world is gradually forgetting: family love.
